Our Road Verge and General Purpose with Clover is the Department for Transport official standard grass seed mixture for use on road verges and embankments in England and Wales. This quick germinating mixture helps improve soil fertility and tolerate road salt and exhaust fumes.

Quick establishment, short growth to provide good root stability
This seed can be mown twice a year between 75-100mm in height
5% white clover, 60% perennial ryegrass, 20% strong creeping red fescue, 10% hard fescue, 5% smooth-stalked meadow grass
Sow at 10 g per metre square
